Swine & Sea — Cucumber Gin & Tonic — French Creole Recipe

Cucumber Gin & Tonic

Sometimes a classic earns its place by just working better than anything else. This week, it’s the gin & tonic — simple, cold, and cucumber-cool. Best enjoyed in a shady spot with your feet up. Or standing in front of the fridge.

Recipe

  • 2 oz.

    Plymouth gin
  • 3 slices

    cucumber
  • tonic water
    Step 1
  • Muddle the cucumber gently in the bottom of a highball glass.

  • Step 2
  • Add the gin and fill the glass with ice.

  • Step 3
  • Top with tonic water and give it a gentle stir.

  • Step 4
  • Garnish with a lime wedge
