Sometimes a classic earns its place by just working better than anything else. This week, it’s the gin & tonic — simple, cold, and cucumber-cool. Best enjoyed in a shady spot with your feet up. Or standing in front of the fridge.
Recipe
2 oz.
Plymouth gin
3 slices
cucumber
tonic water
Step 1
Muddle the cucumber gently in the bottom of a highball glass.
Step 2
Add the gin and fill the glass with ice.
Step 3
Top with tonic water and give it a gentle stir.
Step 4
Garnish with a lime wedge
