From our slow-smoked andouille sausage to our savory tasso ham, every product is a testament to the bespoke flavors that have made Creole cuisine renowned worldwide. Each bite reflects the passion, dedication, and attention to detail that have been at the heart of our family's culinary traditions for generations. We do this by constantly striving to follow our three core values we place on every box we ship and remaining as transparent as possible about our progress.
Heritage
We believe in honoring our roots by preserving the flavors, traditions, and stories that make Creole cuisine so unique. Our products are not just a reflection of our family's history, but also a tribute to the generations of French Creole culture that have shaped our identity.
We also identify with heritage when it comes to our meats. We seek to eventually produce all our products with heritage breed meats and fruits and vegetables bred from heritage based seeds. It is in our long term plans to agroforestry farm where we can use regenerative farming practices to help further this cause. We are currently seeking to team with local farmers and ranchers to help drive this initial vision.

Bespoke to Creole
The Creole culture is defined as a mix of the Black, French, Spanish, Caribbean and Indigenous American races. We trace our main heritage lines from the Black and French culture which has pointed our compass toward products that are based in Creole, Black and French cooking. Creole and Cajun culture are two distinct cultures that throughout history have had their roots of certain ingredients and recipes constantly battled as their own.
