Porchstone Fizz

A bruised peach, a little gin, and something sparkly. Summer in a glass. Not precious. Just good. And it sneaks up on you in the best way.

Recipe

  • 2 oz.

    Uncle Val's gin
  • 1

    peach , sliced
  • ½ oz.

    fresh lemon juice
  • club soda
    Step 1
  • Gently muddle the peach slices in the bottom of a collins glass.

  • Step 2
  • Add the gin and fresh lemon juice.

  • Step 3
  • Fill with ice and top with soda water.

  • Step 4
  • Stir gently and serve with a spoon to scoop out the peach at the end.
