Swine & Sea — Vesper Martini — French Creole Recipe

Vesper Martini

The Vesper Martini is probably one of the most controversial martinis since it is the shaken not stirred martini preferred by James Bond. Essentially a double of a drink, the Vesper Martini has a little over 4 ounces of liquor in it. People have speculated the reason for the shaken element is to make the drink ice cold to help reduce the taste of alcohol and help water it down a bit. Either way, sip this one.
