Swine & Sea — White Negroni — French Creole Recipe

White Negroni

This isn’t a drink for distraction.

The White Negroni is sharper than its namesake — bitter, herbal, restrained. It clears space rather than filling it. Exactly what’s needed when the food is subtle and precise.

Recipe

White Negroni
  • 1 ½ oz.

    gin
  • 1 oz.

    Lillet Blanc
  • ½ oz.

    Suze gentian liqueur
    Step 1
  • Add the gin, Lillet blanc and Suze into a mixing glass with ice and stir for 15 to 20 seconds until well-chilled.

  • Step 2
  • Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. No garnish
