The White Negroni is sharper than its namesake — bitter, herbal, restrained. It clears space rather than filling it. Exactly what’s needed when the food is subtle and precise.
Where the chicken salad leans soft and composed, the cocktail keeps edges intact. It’s the counterweight. A pause between bites. A reminder that balance matters.
This is a drink for late afternoon light, windows open, nothing urgent waiting.
