Swine & Sea — Green Goddess Dressing — French Creole Recipe

Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess is a southern dressing that is rich with herbs and can be made healthier by simply switching out some ingredients. Making salad dressings in small portions helps with freshness. This dressing along with our Buttermilk Salad Dressing and French Vinaigrette Dressing are always staples in our pantry section of the refrigerator.

Recipe

  • 2

    anchovy filets
  • ½ cup

    Duke's mayonnaise
  • ⅓ cup

    plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup

    Italian flat leaf parsley
  • 1 Tbsp.

    fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp.

    fresh tarragon
  • 3 Tbsp.

    fresh chives
  • 2

    garlic cloves , minced
    Step 1
  • Add all of the ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth and uniformly green. Adjust the seasoning with salt, pepper and lemon as needed.

  • Step 2
  • Store in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
